TWIKASMM's Refund Policy

 Eligibility for Refunds: You may be eligible for a refund under the following conditions:

   Your order was marked as completed before the services were delivered.

   Your order was not started within five (5) business days.

   A service was unavailable or removed from our offerings.

Exceptions: Once the order process has been initiated, any request for a refund will only be eligible for a partial refund of up to 50%, due to costs already incurred on our side. This policy is strictly subject to our Terms & Conditions.

 Non-refundable Items: Once an order is completed, no refunds will be processed. Additionally, balance payments, special accounts, and fraudulent activities (e.g., use of unauthorized or stolen credit cards) are nonrefundable.


Dispute and Chargeback Policy: By making a payment, you agree not to dispute or initiate charge backs on your payment without first contacting our support team. If you file a charge-back, we reserve the right to terminate your account and block any future transactions.
